What ClaimFly does

ClaimFly provides an automated workflow to check potential EU261 eligibility and generate compensation claim documents based on the information you submit and the flight data available to us.

No guarantee of compensation

ClaimFly does not guarantee that an airline will accept your claim, pay compensation, or respond within any specific timeline. Payment for the service covers access to the eligibility check, document generation workflow, and delivery of the generated letter. It does not purchase a guaranteed legal outcome.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for making sure the information you submit is accurate and complete. Incorrect declarations, inaccurate flight details, or misleading information may invalidate your claim or reduce its chances of success.

Not a law firm

ClaimFly is not a law firm and does not provide legal representation or legal advice. The service is intended to help users prepare and organize a claim submission.

Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, ClaimFly is not liable for losses caused by inaccurate user input, airline decisions, third-party outages, or delays outside our control. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the specific service order in question.

Governing law

These terms are intended to be interpreted under generally applicable consumer and contract law principles in the jurisdiction where ClaimFly is operated. This section should be reviewed once the operating entity details are finalized.
