What the payment covers
Your payment covers access to the ClaimFly document generation workflow and delivery of your compensation claim letter. It does not guarantee that an airline will accept the claim or pay compensation.
No automatic refunds for outcome
Refunds are not automatically granted because an airline rejects a claim, does not respond, or does not pay compensation. The product is a document-generation and support workflow, not a success-fee service.
When refunds may be reviewed
We can review refund requests in cases such as duplicate charges, clear technical billing errors, or obvious failures to deliver the purchased service.
How to request a review
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact support@claimfly.io with your email address, flight number, and payment reference if available.
