What we collect
ClaimFly may collect flight details, claim-related information, route and disruption information, your contact details, payment-related metadata, and technical logs needed to operate, secure, and support the service.
Why we collect it
We use this information to run the eligibility check, generate your claim letter, process payment, send your PDF by email, maintain audit trails for support and fraud prevention, and improve service reliability.
Payments and email providers
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Email delivery is handled by Resend. We only share the data needed for those providers to perform their part of the service.
Storage and traceability
Claim-related data may be stored to support document generation, customer support, operational traceability, charge dispute handling, and fraud prevention. This can include internal records about the claim flow and payment status.
Retention
We keep claim and transaction records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the product, handle support requests, prevent abuse, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. Retention periods should be reviewed again once the operating entity details are finalized.
